In addition to the Professional Space in C.so Monforte 7, in fact, Platek opened the doors of a total outdoor lighting experience set up a few steps away from the showroom, through a special dark environment with three worlds to explore. "Step into the outdoor" was Platek's invitation to enter this temporary indoor space capable of reflecting the sensations of the outdoors. Platek's aim is to elevate the perception of the outdoors to a panorama that is never secondary to the interior. If until now the outdoor space in the common imagination has always been experienced as a non-space, a place to go through in order to move from one interior to another, deprived of the possibility of expressing its independent nature, Platek's philosophy has broken through this barrier.
The outdoors as an experience in itself, no longer a pale extension of interior living. The products are designed to create a wide range of emotions and to play with the organic life of the outdoors without eclipsing it. From lighting systems that blend totally with the environment and allow themselves to be swallowed up by the beauty of nature, to finishes and colours that emphasise the stylistic sense of any project, at the Milan Design Week 2022 Platek welcomed a revolution that shines just outside the door.
