1. Types of data processed
a) Browsing data:
The computer systems and programs, functional to the site operation, collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information, even if they are not collected to be associated with the identified data subjects, by their nature they could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
b) Data collected automatically:
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers of the users connecting to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user/visitor computer environment.
c) Data provided directly by the user:
For the consultation of the site it is not required any transfer of personal data by the user.
However, each user has the right to send communications and-or requests to one or more of the addresses on the website, in a completely spontaneous and voluntary manner.
The data and information collected in this way will be processed in compliance with the current regulations; interested parties will be provided with specific information.
2. Purpose of the processing
The navigation data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. In case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site, navigation data could also be used to ascertain responsibility.
The data provided voluntarily will be processed for the sole purpose of following up the user-visitor requests.

The Data Controller will process the data collected for the time strictly necessary to provide the requested service and will keep them either directly or through external Data Processors in charge within the terms and methods established, depending on the purpose for which they have been conferred.
5. Communication of data
Personal data may be communicated to the persons in charge of processing (employees and collaborators of the Data Controller) for purposes connected to or related to the processing itself.
The collected data may also be communicated to third party companies within the Gruppo Donati (designated as Data Processors) who work on behalf of Platek S.r.l. and according to its instructions, but exclusively for activities strictly related to the purposes above indicated (e.g. to ensure the operation of the Internet service, the management of the IT and telematic system).
