An architecture with sinuous lines in the hart of Costa Brava (Wild Coast)

Hotel Alabriga is the project that best expresses Platek's great ability to collaborate in the hospitality world. Thanks to the detailed catalogue, which includes both technical and decorative product lines for exteriors and interiors, Platek boasts an offer able to fully satisfy the customer's needs, creating a project perfectly tailored to his expectations. Located in the centre of the Costa Brava, between Barcelona and Girona, the Alàbriga Hotel & Home Suites is located in one of the Mediterranean best preserved areas. Architect Aryanour Djalali, inspired by the hull of a yacht anchored in the bays of Sant Feliu de Guíxol, has created a majestic structure with sinuous lines, reminiscent of the movement of the waves of the sea. Hotels, residences or resorts must be places linked to the concept of relaxation, escape, emotion. The wise use of light plays a key role in moving in this direction. For this reason, the choice of the owner of the structure, Valery Scherer, fell on Platek products, which has therefore created a whispered light, able to delicately underline the volumes of the architecture and realising angles of relaxation. To illuminate the elegant structure, Flamingo floor lamps designed by Sara Moroni were selected, able to create a cosy and relaxing atmosphere in the private balconies of the rooms. On the other hand, the Mesh lines by Marco Acerbis, give a welcoming mood both in the outdoor café (in the wall-mounted version) and in the other catering areas (in the battery-operated version). Various types of wall-mounted lamps have been used for the interior, carefully selected to meet any lighting requirement. The service lights are also by Platek: The Pico collection illuminates the stairs, while Spy illuminates the walkways, making the outdoor spaces extremely liveable and welcoming even after sunset. The project is completed by the nano full stainless steel projector and nail collections to light up the green spaces, and Mini Full Inox products have been used to enhance the tall trunks.
